How we use information
- To create and manage affiliate, admin, and STUDY-RIGHT platform accounts.
- To review affiliate applications, verify identity, manage MoU signing, and enforce program rules.
- To process student referrals, track lead progress, calculate commissions, and support payout requests.
- To communicate account updates, approval decisions, support messages, policy changes, and important service notices.
- To detect fraud, duplicate leads, misleading referrals, unauthorized access, and other conduct that may harm students, affiliates, or STUDY-RIGHT.
Sharing and protection
- We may share relevant information with STUDY-RIGHT staff, authorized administrators, service providers, payment partners, compliance partners, and institutions involved in student placement.
- We do not sell affiliate or student personal information.
- We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
- We retain records for as long as needed for program administration, legal, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and operational purposes.
Student consent
- Affiliates must submit student information only after receiving the student's permission.
- Affiliates must explain that STUDY-RIGHT may contact referred students about education consulting, admissions, documentation, travel, visa, and related support services.
- Students may contact STUDY-RIGHT to request support, correction, or review of their personal information.
Terms of Service
Affiliate participation
- The platform allows approved affiliates to refer prospective students to STUDY-RIGHT Educational Consult.
- Affiliates must provide accurate registration, verification, payment, and contact information.
- Approval is at STUDY-RIGHT's discretion and may be denied, suspended, or withdrawn where necessary.
- Affiliates are independent referrers and are not employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of STUDY-RIGHT unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Lead submission and ownership
- A lead must be genuine, consent-based, and submitted with accurate student information.
- Affiliates must not submit duplicate, fabricated, self-referred, purchased, misleading, or unauthorized student records.
- Where duplicate leads are found, STUDY-RIGHT may assign ownership to the first valid affiliate submission or resolve the matter at its discretion.
- STUDY-RIGHT may reject or remove leads that are incomplete, unverifiable, fraudulent, already known to STUDY-RIGHT, or submitted against program rules.
Commissions and payouts
- Commission is earned only when a referred student meets the success conditions set by STUDY-RIGHT, which may include enrollment, payment, admission, visa, or other program-specific milestones.
- Commission rates, payment timelines, eligible countries, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and payout methods may be updated by STUDY-RIGHT.
- All commission and withdrawal requests are subject to review, approval, reconciliation, and fraud checks.
- No commission is payable for rejected leads, duplicate leads, refunded transactions, cancelled applications, fraudulent referrals, or referrals that do not meet the required success conditions.
MoU and code of conduct
- After approval, affiliates must sign the STUDY-RIGHT Memorandum of Understanding before receiving commission payments.
- The MoU contains detailed terms, engagement rules, brand usage requirements, communication standards, and the affiliate code of conduct.
- If an approved affiliate fails or refuses to sign the MoU, STUDY-RIGHT may withhold commission payments until the MoU is properly signed and accepted.
- Affiliates must communicate honestly, avoid guaranteeing admissions, visas, scholarships, or outcomes, and must not misrepresent STUDY-RIGHT, partner institutions, fees, timelines, or services.
Account enforcement
- STUDY-RIGHT may investigate suspicious activity, request additional documents, freeze payouts, suspend accounts, reverse commissions, or terminate access where program rules are violated.
- Affiliates are responsible for keeping login details secure and must report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
- Disputes about leads, commissions, account status, or conduct will be reviewed using platform records, STUDY-RIGHT records, and any signed MoU or related agreement.
- Continued use of the platform after terms are updated means the affiliate accepts the updated terms.
